摘要:
目的探讨经胸超声心动图（TTE）在指导室间隔缺损封堵术中的应用价值。方法术前用TTE严格筛选患者，术中跟踪观察封堵器位置、形态，有无残余分流及主动脉瓣、房室瓣反流等，指导术者及时调整封堵器位置及准确判断手术能否成功。术后２４h，３、６、１２个月、２年随访复查并收集资料保存。结果本组６２例中６０例封堵成功，且术后随访复查封堵器位置正常，均无残余分流及其他并发症，１例因膨出瘤较大及合并二叶式主动脉瓣畸形未行封堵，另１例术中发现有残余分流及主动脉瓣反流而终止介入手术转心胸外科治疗。结论经胸超声心动图指导室间隔缺损封堵术方便快捷、准确可靠，且可反复随访检查，具有很高的临床应用价值。
