摘要:
【摘要】 孤立性肠系膜上动脉夹层（ISMAD）在临床上并不罕见，可导致急性肠缺血甚至肠坏死。尽管对ISMAD的认识不断加深，但其发病机制仍不明确。目前文献报道的危险因素主要包括高血压、吸烟、肠系膜上动脉（SMA）-腹主动脉夹角、SMA弯曲程度以及SMA血流量，发病机制包括遗传学说和剪切应力损伤学说等。明确ISMAD危险因素及可能的发病机制对于预防和诊治ISMAD具有重要意义。本文基于现有研究证据，对ISMAD危险因素及可能的发病机制进行详细阐述。
