摘要:
目的 系统评价TACE术后发生腹痛的影响因素。方法 检索2005年1月1日至2020年12月31日万方数据库、维普数据库、中文全文期刊数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Medline、Web of Science、Embase数据库中有关肝癌TACE术后发生腹痛影响因素的描述性研究和队列研究。按照JBI循证卫生保健研究中心的描述性研究、队列研究的质量评价工具对纳入研究的文献质量进行评价,并对纳入的文献采用RevMan5.4软件进行meta分析。结果 最终纳入文献7篇,共计1 465例患者,经meta分析差异有统计学意义的影响因素有肿瘤数量超过3个以上(OR=2.13,95%CI:1.53~2.96),TACE史(OR=0.52,95%CI:0.38~0.71),碘油混合表柔比星化疗(OR=5.81,95%CI:2.20~15.38),ECOG评分>2分(OR=0.24,95%CI:0.11~0.55)。结论 当前证据显示,肿瘤数量、TACE史、碘油混合表柔比星化疗、ECOG评分是TACE术后发生腹痛的影响因素。
