【摘要】 目的 探讨影响脊神经内侧支射频消融治疗下腰痛疗效的相关因素。方法 分析2017年7月至2019年12月行X线引导脊神经内侧支射频消融(RFA)治疗下腰痛113例患者的临床数据,对可能影响疗效的相关临床因素进行logistic回归分析,以确定临床疗效与患者特征之间的关系。结果 脊神经内侧支RFA治疗下腰痛1年的临床疗效与术前较低的镇痛药物使用率(38.1%% 比56.3%%,OR=0.75,95%CI:0.43~1.27,P=0.048)、术前镇痛药物低消耗剂量[11(2~27) mg比17(9~42) mg,OR=-3.16 ,95%CI:-8.72~0.59,P=0.026]显著相关。脊神经内侧支射频消融术后1年的临床疗效与年龄、性别、体重指数、雌激素使用以及吸烟史之间没有显著的相关性。结论 术前使用镇痛药尤其是大剂量的镇痛药会降低脊神经内侧支射频消融治疗下腰痛的临床疗效。
