【摘要】 目的 探讨穴位敷贴王不留行籽按摩对肝癌介入术后患者栓塞综合征的影响。方法 将266例原发性肝癌行TACE术出现栓塞综合征的患者随机分成两组，观察组133例患者行王不留行籽穴位敷贴按摩，对照组133例患者只行对症处理。采用数字评分法（NRS）评定患者疼痛及恶心呕吐程度，评价两组患者介入TACE术后栓塞综合征反应程度、舒适度和满意度。结果 观察组与对照组栓塞综合征的表现差异有统计学意义，观察组患者疼痛程度和恶心呕吐程度持续时间明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的舒适度和对护士的满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 穴位贴敷王不留行籽按摩能有效减轻肝癌介入术后患者栓塞综合征的症状，减轻患者的痛苦，提高了患者的舒适度和生活质量。
