【摘要】 目的 评价内分支联合体外预开窗技术在腹主动脉瘤内脏分支重建中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2019年3月至2020年6月成都市第三人民医院采用内分支联合体外预开窗技术治疗9例累及内脏分支的腹主动脉瘤并重建内脏区4分支（腹腔干、肠系膜上动脉、双肾动脉）患者的临床资料。9例患者均为男性，平均年龄64.3岁，术前均经主动脉CTA明确诊断。结果 9例患者手术均获成功，患者术中无中转。术中和术后影像学检查见腹主动脉瘤隔绝确切，无支架内漏，内脏4分支血流通畅，无支架闭塞。平均随访7个月，主动脉CTA复查见所有患者腹主动脉瘤隔绝良好，内脏4分支通畅，无闭塞/狭窄，远端脏器血供良好，未发生死亡、脑梗死、心肌梗死、截瘫、脏器缺血等严重并发症。结论 内分支联合体外预开窗技术隔绝腹主动脉瘤并重建内脏4分支技术可行、安全性高、近期疗效满意，具有较高的临床应用价值。
