【摘要】 目的 研究新型专用定位弹簧圈与传统微弹簧圈在肺小结节胸腔镜术前定位中的临床价值。 方法 回顾性分析2018年4月至2018年12月行胸腔镜下肺组织切除术的48例肺小结节患者的临床资料,23例患者行新型专用弹簧圈术前定位,25例患者行传统微弹簧圈术前定位。记录分析患者穿刺次数、定位成功率、定位时间及CT扫描次数,统计术后并发症及术后病理结果等数据;分析比较两组定位方式统计学差异性。 结果 新型专用定位弹簧圈定位成功23例,成功率100%,传统微弹簧圈胸腔镜术前定位成功24例,成功率96.0%。两组成功率差异无统计学意义(P=0.332);新型定位弹簧圈与传统弹簧圈定位并发症发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);新型定位弹簧圈与传统弹簧圈差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)定位CT扫描次数及定位时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);新型定位弹簧圈与传统弹簧圈定位穿刺次数无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 新型专用定位弹簧圈定位相比传统微弹簧圈定位穿刺损伤更小、操作简单快捷、定位可靠不易脱落,值得临床推广。
