【摘要】 目的 探讨球囊临时阻断技术在脑动脉瘤夹闭和脑动静脉畸形切除术中减少出血的有效性和安全性。 方法 回顾性分析2016年3月至2019年3月苏北人民医院在复合手术室采用球囊临时阻断辅助技术治疗的12例脑动脉瘤、脑动静脉畸形患者(研究组)临床资料,并与同期12例未应用球囊辅助技术治疗患者(对照组)作比较。观察统计两组患者手术时间、住院时间、术中出血、围手术期脑梗死发生率、Glasgow昏迷量表(GCS)评分等指标。术后6个月随访头颅CTA和DSA,评估有无复发。 结果 研究组患者术中平均出血与对照组相比明显减少(P<0.05),出院前GCS评分与对照组相比明显改善(P<0.05),脑梗死发生率与对照组相比明显降低(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间、住院时间与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后6个月复查头颅CTA和DSA显示两组患者均无复发。 结论 球囊临时阻断技术有助于降低脑动脉瘤和脑动静脉畸形复合手术中出血,提高手术成功率,改善预后。
