【摘要】 目的 探讨肝血管瘤患者微波消融(MWA)术后血红蛋白尿的相关因素。 方法 选取2011年1月至2019年1月南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院治疗的103例肝血管瘤患者作为研究对象。根据MWA术后是否发生血红蛋白尿,将患者分为血红蛋白尿组(n=45)和无血红蛋白尿组(n=58)。结果 Logistic多因素回归分析显示,血管瘤体积、天线插入数、消融时间与肝血管瘤患者MWA术后血红蛋白尿密切相关。血管瘤体积、天线插入数、消融时间联合评估术后血红蛋白尿效能,高于三者单独评估。结论 血管瘤体积、天线插入数和消融时间是肝血管瘤患者MWA术后发生血红蛋白尿的独立危险因素。
