【摘要】 近距离放射治疗球囊(BTB)是一种治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)的新型球囊,为提高下肢ASO介入干预后近期和远期通畅率提供了新方法。BTB治疗原理是在采用球囊进行经皮腔内血管成形术(PTA)的同时联合放射线进行血管内近距离放射治疗(IVBT),进而抑制血管内膜增生。IVBT所用β射线穿透性较弱,γ射线穿透性较强,各自均有利弊。10多年来,BTB在外周血管领域进行了一系列临床试验研究。虽然这些试验研究的综合结论目前尚无定论,但BTB临床应用前景非常值得期待。
