摘要:
【摘要】 血管腔内成形术是目前治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症首选方法。球囊扩张和支架植入术后血管再狭窄率较高。随着治疗理念不断更新,血管腔内减容、药物涂层球囊技术也随之问世。该文简要回顾我国目前下肢动脉硬化闭塞症腔内治疗方法,重点介绍斑块切除、激光消蚀、药物涂层球囊等3种目前最具前景的治疗手段,并对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症腔内治疗未来发展作了展望。
