【摘要】 目的 探讨早期泡型肝包虫病应用超声引导下微波消融(MWA)与手术切除的疗效差异。方法 回顾分析该院2015年6月至2017年6月早期泡型肝包虫病患者40例,依据治疗方式分为MWA组20例和手术组20例,分析两组患者的总胆红素、丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶、血小板计数、白细胞计数、血红蛋白、白蛋白、术后并发症发生情况、复发情况。结果 两组术前天冬氨酸转氨酶、丙氨酸转氨酶、总胆红素、白细胞计数、血红蛋白、白蛋白、血小板计数差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组术后总胆红素、血小板计数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶和白细胞计数MWA组明显低于手术组(P<0.05),术后MWA组的血红蛋白和白蛋白明显高于手术组(P<0.05)。MWA组未发生术后感染、肾衰竭、肝功能衰竭、胆漏、出血等并发症,术后复查影像显示病灶稳定,未出现复发。手术组出现1例术后感染,无肾衰竭、肝功能衰竭、胆漏、出血等并发症,也未出现复发。术后住院天数及总费用方面两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MWA术治疗早期泡型肝包虫病能达到满意效果,MWA较手术切除具有术后恢复快、住院周期短、住院费用低等优点。
