【摘要】 目的 研究应用CT引导下水针刀靶向微创松解技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法 将78例腰椎间盘突出症患者采用在CT引导下水针刀松解黄韧带及关节突、侧隐窝注射药物、术后手法松解等治疗措施。并观察治疗前、治疗1周后、治疗1个月后的疼痛 (VAS) 评分和JOA下腰痛评分,统计患者的疼痛和功能障碍改善率,最后参照改良MacNab疗效评定标准进行疗效评定。结果 在水针刀治疗1周及1个月后78例患者的疼痛评分较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01); JOA下腰痛评分较治疗前明显提高(P<0.01)。患者疼痛改善愈显率为65.5%,总有效率为88.5%;功能障碍改善愈显率为65.4%,总有效率为89.8%;术后1个月总的疗效评定优良率为74.4%,总有效率为89.9%。结论 CT引导下水针刀靶向微创松解治疗腰椎间盘突出症技术集多种治疗方法于一体,具有治疗部位精确、创伤轻微、安全可靠、效果显著、费用低等优点,值得临床进一步研究与应用。
